What issues should be noted when using recycled materials to produce woven bags

Plastic woven bag manufacturers generally use three types of raw materials when producing woven bags: recycled materials, semi transparent materials, and brand new materials. The cost of recycled materials is relatively low, so most users will use this type of raw material for production. However, many issues need to be noted during production, especially during the drawing process. For example, when passing through a three-way filter, it should be filtered. When selecting a filter screen, it is generally advisable to choose 15-30 layers, because too little can cause unstable material flow, resulting in low product density, and too much resistance. We can also determine through practical experience that after filtering, the material can be stabilized and impurities inside can be filtered out, thereby making the woven bag density higher. Although recycled materials have been filtered and processed, the quality of the product is far inferior to woven bags produced from brand new materials. Its longest outdoor life is about 8 months. If used for long-term use, we recommend that you purchase brand new plastic woven bags from plastic woven bag manufacturers.
