These are crucial issues to ensure the number of bag drops, peel strength, anti-aging degree, bag surface fracture strength, and cost reduction of laminated plastic woven bags. The width and defects of the base fabric of the laminated plastic woven bag must be strictly controlled, otherwise tearing will occur when passing through the folded tire wheel, resulting in a large amount of waste. Strictly control the holes at the folded edge of the base fabric, otherwise a large amount of waste will be generated when passing through the folding device. The base fabric surface must not have oil stains, otherwise it will affect the composite fastness. In the process of laminating and bag making, the design of the extruder, die head, heating ring configuration, and process temperature should be organically combined with the base fabric, heating ring position, laminating material performance, host speed, cutting speed, and temperature instrument accuracy. Only by designing a reasonable process temperature can qualified laminating cement bags be produced and efficiency be improved.
